Since entering the ophthalmic lens market, OptoTech has offered a range of high-performance manual or automatic generators for different production sizes in free-form and prescription lens production. In addition to our machines from the FLASH series, which enable the sequential milling and turning of spectacle lenses, we offer unique solutions for ophthalmic lens generating.
The ESM Twin-A and FLASH Twin-A enable simultaneous processing of 2 lenses in one machine for the first time. By splitting the milling and turning process into specialized machines, surface quality and throughput are significantly boosted.
With the SWARFMASTER and the ASM Rx-A, we also offer special generators for the emerging market of ophthalmic mineral lens production.
